On 5th October 2017 Compass-Verlag celebrated the 150th anniversary with more than 400 guests at the Sofiensäle in Vienna.

Founded in 1867 as an address book publisher, Compass evolved into a leading provider of digital company information in Austria. Customers, business partners and stakeholders congratulated Nikolaus Futter and Hermann Futter, the managing directors of Compass-Group.

The history of the company was presented with video clips and Corinna Milborn talked to the managing directors about the topic “information”. The Erste Group Bank AG – the most standing customer of Compass-Verlag – was honoured for 150 years of loyalty. Roman Szeliga amused the audience with his humorous speech, the Bossa Club and the Bad Powells with their gigs.
