The European Commission has set itself the goal of promoting and implementing ‘open data’ in Europe. We support this path and offer open datasets and APIs on opendata.host - for apps, for connecting to existing systems and for innovative software solutions.
opendata.host is a platform for software developers and offers open data which can be obtained via APIs within the scope of the conditions of use.
The following services are currently available on opendata.host:
- The VAT ID check searches for and verifies value added tax identification numbers and provides additional information such as the Company Register Number and the name of the company.
- The address check searches for and verifies address in Austria, completes the address details and also provides the geographical coordinates of the location.
- Die Businesses-check searches for registered Businesses of the Austrian Business register and provides business register number, business name, legal form and location.
