Documents from the Business Register

Compliance-Screening

The Wirtschafts-Compass is also ideal for compliance audits: beneficial owners can be accessed directly via the official register, the WiEReG. In addition, a daily updated calculation is made on the basis of data from the company register.

Politically exposed persons (PEP) are marked with a note, as are sanctioned companies and persons who appear on EU, US and UN sanctions lists.

New: With Compliance Multi-Screening, you can check thousands of companies and individuals at the same time - as an immediate or interval check. The Compliance Detail-Screening is available for particularly detailed individual case analyses.

For your convenience: The Compass archive

Retrieved excerpts are stored in the Compass archive so that you may view them again at any time free of charge. When an excerpt is purchased, the system also checks whether it is already in the archive. If the excerpt is still up to date, it will be indicated when the request is made. This saves costs and avoids unnecessary duplicate queries.

Transparent organisation charts

With the organisational chart tool, you can see the ownership and shareholding structure of companies and individuals in a graphical overview. The types of ownership and percentage interests of shareholders - based on daily updated company register data - can be seen at a glance. Besides organisational charts of business entities and persons, charts of the beneficial owners are also available.
