despite the covid-19 crisis, Compass-Verlag GmbH is fully operational and provides all services as usual.
We are constantly in touch with our data centre housing. By means of our dual hardware equipment at two different locations we can currently rule out any limitations.
All our employees are equipped with devices and working from home. External appointments, trainings and events have been cancelled or postponed until further notice.
The service desk staff are working from home and are available as usual for customer enquiries on the phone number +43 1-981 16 - 400.
Our systems management team is able to remotely access all functionalities. In the case of a fault the responsible staff member will be on site within 15 minutes.
We are able to continue operations in this way for a virtually unlimited period of time and all services are available as usual.
The Compass Group observes and supports the instructions of the Austrian Federal Government and the specific Ministries. We are aware of our responsibility towards our customers and our staff and have taken appropriate measures.
