Clemens Danter has been a Prokurist [authorised officer] of Compass-Verlag GmbH and Managing Director of Compass-Datenbank GmbH since the end of 2023.
In 2000, he started at plan.at, a subsidiary of the Compass Group for geographic internet applications. Three years later, he played a substantial role in setting up an Compass data centre. The department at the time was called "EDV" [EDP] and consisted of five employees. In the mid-2000s, this became the Compass-Datenbank GmbH, which now employs 45 people.
Since 2012, Clemens Danter has built up the Service Desk department and, since 2019, the Product Management department. He was significantly involved in the successful transformation of Compass - from a publishing house to an IT service provider for business information.
He is married and has two children.
